Very flexible, 2-3 days/WFH
Work hours tend to fall between 7am and 7pm but the majority of people and meetings happen between 9am and 5pm. There is the occasional late meeting or contact outside of general work hours but it is not often. Workplace is exceptionally flexible, with a requirement of 3 days per week in-office and 2 days WFH. However, in certain life circumstances (caring for someone, sickness, life admin), they allow you to work from home additionally. As an example, I had the flu and was allowed to WFH for the week until I was better.
Incredibly flexible workplace. 2 days WFH, 3 in office, including a compulsory Wednesday. Company wide is generally Tues-Thurs but lots of flex in that. Many colleagues will work slightly different hours when navigating school pick up/holidays, have appointments, feeling unwell etc.
