Workplace culture is determined on the location where you are working. Different sites will be more welcoming and in the office is generally good.
Good cooperation between teams, lots of meetings to ensure direction and progress is clear. Social side is also quite good, coffees with other graduates is a weekly occurrence, most days there will be someone around to have lunch with as well.
Asides from the occasional roadblocks surrounding information sharing, Everyone at Origin is very friendly helpful and open to sharing knowledge
