Very flexible
Perpetual is extremely good at having a mature and progressive flexible work policy - working from home available for all staff and people and it is possible to alter your hours to accommodate commitments outside of work e.g. volunteering, family duties.
Pretty flexible working hours - so long as the work is done. Standard day is around 8.45-6pm
Very flexible. I commute 2 hours each way to work so it is important to be to not be in the office late at night. Having the flexibility to take laptops home and work from home is really helpful for this.
