They haven't explicitly shown us a formal career progression path but there are definitely ways to advance. Also lots of opportunities to move between different teams if you need a change of work.

There are always internal opportunities available at PEXA and often roles are only advertised internally to promote career progression for all employees. If unsuccessful, internal applicants are offered training to further increase their skills for next time. Being a startup, PEXA is also rapidly expanding and we are constantly hiring for new roles, where promotions are readily available and accessible.

The company is growing at a very fast pace and they are always internal roles available to move around the business and look for different opportunities to grow professionally.

There is constantly growth and movement happening in our business. From a graduate perspective, I am waiting to see what roles are available towards the end of our program that I feel I would be best suited to. There is always opportunity to try different areas in the business, all you need to do is go over and ask.
