My managers have been good mentors. While they have spent time with me teaching me about the business and supported by development as a graduate, they have also been a support with any issues that have come up, and acted as a mentor and coach for succeeding in the workplace.
My managers are very approachable and supportive. They regularly check in with me, provide guidance when needed, and take a genuine interest in my career development. They are great mentors who encourage me to take on new challenges and help me build the skills needed to achieve my goals.
