Largely my day to day involves sitting in on meetings and learning from leaders in the business. While there are some day to day administration tasks that need to be done, these are largely minimal, and the majority of my time is spent of projects and tasks given to me by my line manager. These projects are largely autonomous, and allow me to grow and learn, as well as interact with people from all over the business. There are lots of opportunities to learn and grow from these projects, while being to own them end to end.
Data analysis updating dashboards building presentations to present to senior managers partake in meetings on upcoming projects
Great in rotation to try different things. Always given something to do - sometimes a big challenge which is great to get out of comfort zone.
