I was first recruited for the Internship Program, before being offered a fulltime position following the completion of my degree the following year. First was a traditional application process, including submitting a resume, followed by an invitation to participate in some virtual interviews, before a phone interview was conducted, which concluded with an invitation to an Assessment Centre with the final 24 candidates, which were narrowed down to 12. Following the completion of my internship, I was contacted by the business in the months following its conclusion and invited back to work fulltime upon the completion of my studies.
I did an internship, during this process there was an online interview, then testing with patterns, math ect, phone screen calling, then assessment day in office where we did rounds of interviews in the morning and then group case studies.
Initial phone call with the recruiter, followed by an in person assessment centre & online testing
