While we have our line managers, who take a lot of time and effort to invest in us and our development, we are also all part of a Buddy Program, which means that we are all paired up with a senior person in the business, who we can talk to and regularly catch up with to learn from their experiences in the business. My buddy has become a mentor to me, and has been giving me advice and coaching on how to approach the workplace and overcome challenges that cross my path. Further, we also have a person from People and Culture, who is in charge of the Graduate Cohort, and has given us specific projects to work on and opportunities to present in front of the leadership team, in order to support our development and growth.

- weekly 1:1s with line manager to get feedback on development and ways forward - other development programs outside of day-to-day work such as on Fuse / excel training (depending on what is requested)

Great opportunities to present and share work with stakeholders which has allowed me to develop my public peaking and presentation skills. Great support from anyone I reach out to in the office, constant mentoring.
