At this stage, the promotion process isn't particularly front of mind as I am still settling in as a graduate. My employer does provide opportunities to fulfil aspirations though by being relatively transparent about the process and informing us of the various programs on offer as promotion pathways.
The firm encourages regular feedback and performance reviews. There is also a highly defined process for career progression and change of role and training avenues available for juniors interested in managerial roles
As a grad during the two year program, there isn't much opportunity to move up the ranks. After completing the grad program and becoming an associate, there is definitely opportunity to take on more responsibility, move overseas through the firm, and climb the ranks.
