the interview involved a presentation and then an informal discussion.
As I was an internal candidate (working as a paralegal), there was a different approach to the recruitment process compared to coming from a clerkship and/or market. So I don't think I can comment on how the process will run, however from what I am aware of, there is an interview and a presentation.
