My employer is flexible - we are allowed to work from home 2 days a week. In terms of hours, I am allowed to leave earlier on Fridays due to religious commitments which is appreciated. There seems to be a flexible culture.
PM is very flexible with working from home. They are also very supportive with out of work obligations (such as child rearing, appointments etc) and are happy to approve extra time off for care giving obligations etc.
There is some flexibility with working arrangements but it really depends on the team. In my team, grads should be coming into the office 4 days a week and can work from home one day a week.
Graduates are not allowed to work from home. This applies for the first two years at the firm.
