Overall, I find the culture during hours to be good with everyone willing to provide help and learning opportunities to those with less experience and to be accommodating with personal situations. However, when it comes to after hours culture I feel that it has diminished over the three years I have been here. I feel that some contributing factors to that is high turnover, pay not keeping up with cost of living so people would rather do their contract hours and go home then stay longer for drinks.
Culture is excellent but I may be biased as a grad. Grads will hang out after work most Friday evenings. There are social events within your work group as well which gives you a chance to socialise with anyone from a graduate all the way to partner. There is also a social club which host quarterly events. In the office everyone is lovely and incredibly approachable.
Good culture, solid people willing to teach and have fun with as well.
The workplace culture is quite good: colleagues are friendly and supportive.
Depends heavily on your team Firm wide events a few times a year Clubs/associations are active and organise events more frequently.
