Managers overall are quite accessible but it is dependent on how many days a week they work as then you may need to schedule catch ups weeks in advance. Overall the approach internal communication quite well, during the first few weeks in a new team they are always willing to have a sit down and go through things in detail with you. When it comes to feedback it varies between managers about whether they consistently provide written / verbal feedback throughout your rotation or only during the formal feedback cycles which you may need to follow them up for rather than the manager just providing it. I feel that the level of praise and recognition provided not only from managers to subordinates but also just to all employees in general is quite low and is demoralising when you do so much work the company and your team yet there is no consideration or thank yous thrown your way its just ok move onto the next thing.

Managers are extremely accessible, you can go up at any time and they are more than happy to help with work or even just chat. There are regular manager catch ups - just over a coffee.

Managers and Seniors Manager are very friendly and approachable, there is also a Partner Connection Program which facilitates period catchups between Grads and Partners at the firm.
