There was an online assessment where once succeeding you were provided with an in person date to attend and assessment centre and interview. I only completed one interview when I applied as a summer vacationer in 2023 and was offered a graduate position upon completion of my vacation experience so I did not complete another interview.
Interview process was easy. Apply online and complete a one-way interview if prompted. Then attend an assessment center and have an interview with a partner and manager.
Undertook an assessment centre for an intern/vacationer role, to which they offered a grad role after the vacationer role ended. Assessment centre consisted of case study in a group then individual interviews with a manager/partner.
The process involved online application, online testing, in-person group activity and in-person interview.
