The pay is very low for the amount of work that we are expected to do. It is also quite disheartening that there are periods during the year when the graduate cohort below us with less experience has a higher salary than us. The monthly pay cycle is also incredibly infrequent and puts a strain on quite a few people, I feel that fortnightly pay runs would be much better. The one perk is our time in lieu policy is quite generous across the divisions.

It's fine, pay raises down the line are communicated (or atleast generally understood by the grad cohort) but overall does feel a little on the low side Office provides free coffee
