Training programmes are well structured and run by competent people. This covers excel skills, and any fieldwork and platform training.
Training here is superb! Internal and external training support provided.
Pitchers has a lot of training, both informal and formal. I learn better with on-the-job training so I find the formal trainings a bit long winded, but I like how pitchers have a mix of learning opportunities and styles. This keeps the learning and development engaging and allows for all different learning styles to be explored.
