Remote work is quite flexible overall and does truly depend on the nature of the work you are doing. However it appears in some groups that the juniors are more likely to come in and adhere to team rules such as 3 days in office a week rather than managers who are provided with leeway. This can be disheartening at times and feels like there are rules for one group and rules for another.
Hours are somewhat flexible as long as you make them up for the week. Work from home is available if needed
Pretty flexible, happy to have a short day into a longer day to make up time, once experienced enough WFH arrangements are suitable.
The work culture is 3 days in the office, 2 days work from home.
Prior to probation - not flexible, after flexibility depends on your manager and group rules. Often people work from home once a week.
