I probably found it a bit easier than others as I did my internship at the company which allowed the team I was in to see me day-to-day rather than going in for a one-off interview.
First interview was a large group interview, where we participated in activities & an interview in smaller groups. Second interview was a small group interview.
Video call, in person interview, second in-person interview.
Prosple was easy to navigate and use, interview process and assessments were standard practice ; psychometric test, interviews etc.
