There are a wide variety of job and career pathways across the business once off the program. Mentoring is provided to all graduates to assist in career progression as you move through the program.
There is opportunity for career development through technical pathways, leadership programs and exposure to a broad range of work. Career progression driven by a willingness to learn, take initiative, and seek out new opportunities. While the availability of specific roles can be influenced by broader business and government priorities, there are still many avenues to develop skills and build a career.
You get exposure to a different team and different field every 6 months, getting experience in Field, Systems, Project Management and Design. There is a wide selection of teams to preference, so you have fluidity to choose teams.
