The dress code is relaxed, casual business. The physical work location is very nice out in Virginia, with onsite food and coffee options + a cafeteria. Close to 3 different train lines however is located a little way out from the city.
The office has everything you need, from a gym to cafeteria and to coffee stand. The are parental facilities as well. Hot desking options and world class employee kitchens.
Office space and facilities are beautiful, clean, green with office equipment and supplies that are new and functional. However, many of the spaces are open plan. This can be somewhat distracting and overwhelming during periods that require concentration. Permanent private office space is not available even to managers. Dress code is dependent on the department. Generally, workers dress professionally in smart casual clothing.
Dress code, location, and offices are also very dependent on what team you are in but from my experience everywhere is generally really good. Free parking will many spots available on site.
