The main Powerlink campus has an excellent working environment, with 4 main buildings making up the site. With this, the campus has outdoor seating, cafeteria, coffee cart, gym and free onsite parking. Dress code varies across the business, but typically business casual.
The work environment varies between teams and office locations. Most spaces are modern and well maintained, with the main office featuring a large atrium. Some office areas are open-plan with hot desking and can be quite busy. The office dress code is generally professional-casual, and PPE for site work provided by the company.
The dress code is relaxed, casual business. The physical work location is very nice out in Virginia, with onsite food and coffee options + a cafeteria. Close to 3 different train lines however is located a little way out from the city.
