As graduates, we are offered extensive training programs to help us develop over the 3 years. There is a mixture of personal and technical workshops completed with the grad cohort. In addition, each team has the option to send you on additional internal and external training courses which contributes strongly to personal development. Each employee also has a personal development budget to spend on elective courses of their choosing.
Professional development opportunities include: formal mentoring, leadership programs, peer coaching, networking events, external technical training, in- house training & regular development discussions and feedback from leaders.
There is many life skills trainings offered throughout the program. SO far I have been exposed to, Financial acumen, income and investing, understanding how your super works and how to save money, Professional brand, DEI. There is also a mentoring program where you can preference from a list of people in different positions within the business. I have set up fortnightly catchups with my mentor who is currently assisting me in developing leadership skills.
