Transparent culture, sticks to PVPs, some office politics as expected but pretty flat
It's hard to build an office culture when so many people are working remotely. that being said my employers are making the best of a bad situation.
So far in hours, everyone is eager to help when needed and answer questions. people take the time out of their days to catch up and see how you are going. everyone is very friendly
