Protiviti is a global consulting firm and one of the best places to launch your career!
Great culture - everyone is always willing to help and there is a social club with regular activities
It is quite a flat structure and you have frequent contact with your managing directors. Culture is young and social.
There is so much happening at Protiviti both in the office and after hours! There is a hierarchy but there is not much emphasis put on it. You are free to speak up, express yourself, talk to people, ask questions etc. Within teams, an equal importance is given to all team members. There is also a lot of socialising opportunities! Socialising is encouraged both within the office through coffee catchups and also during social events and office drinks.
hierarchy is relatively flat. Managing directors don't have offices and hot desk with graduates. The structure is fluid and dynamic.
