I had the opportunity to be involved in one CSR initiative, but unfortunately, it was later discontinued with very little explanation, which was disappointing. In general, it feels like our CSR efforts have slowed down compared to previous years. For example, the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) community, which was once quite active, has been noticeably quiet and less effective this year. While there are still some initiatives being led by individual departments, there doesn’t seem to be a strong, company-wide push or coordination around CSR at the moment. I believe there’s potential to do more, especially given the talent and diversity within the company. A more structured and consistent approach to CSR could help us make a greater impact both internally and in the broader community.
