Can start anytime between 6-9.30 and can finish work at 3.30-6. Flex hours are used. As a grad we are not allowed wfh but it is allowed adhoc
I personally work the same hours every day but if needed I can leave early
PTA is extremely flexible when it comes to working hours. There is a system in place called Flex time which allows flexible hours day to day. Working arrangements such as remote work are also common although remote work is limited for graduates as the best learning opportunity are in office.
Flexi time allows us to start and end our days earlier or later depending on our needs as long as we are in the office/available during the core hours of 9:30AM and 3:30PM. If we work longer than our 8-hour day, the extra time is banked as flexi time which we can build up and use as flexi leave later on.
Flexi-Hour arrangement, core hour 9am to 3:30pm, but can come in anytime between 6am to 6pm.
