The process is run vrey smoothly. The Assessment centre brings people into the office who have made it to the final interview stage. They interact for a case study and then have an interview in the line of service afterwards. Great way to meet the people in your team which you have applied for and other candidates.
On the day we arrived at the office in the morning to listen to a grad panel, then did the group assessment and individual behavioural and technical interviews. The process was seamless and the staff was friendly on the day. Catering was decent too.
