Graduate auditors can automatically move up to Audit after successfully completing the 1-year graduate program. For other level promotions (e.g. auditor to senior, senior to manager, etc), we must go through the interview process. There are promotion opportunities every year, you just have to apply and pass the interview. QAO also pays exam fee and provides exam leave if you want to do CA or CPA, which helps career development.
The people in my company are very helpful and there are many promotion possibilities. Because everyone is so supportive so for sure it fulfills my career aspirations.
