The interview had 3 phases, Quiz and Application (Including a video recording myself), Assessment centre and Interview
I really appreciate the option to do assessment centre online. I was doing my master's degree in Canberra and had final exams right before and after the assessment centre date. I wouldn't be able to attend the interview without online option. The interview itself is well structured. Interviewers are very friendly, making me less nervous and feel very comfortable during the process.
While recruitment communication was good, the process included many interview stages and was quite lengthy.
Completed an online psychometric test, then was invited to a group assessment, and finally an interview. The group assessment was engaging and provided opportunities to demonstrate soft skills in real time.
That was a very pleasant recruitment process
