I really like the buddy program, where you can seek support from someone went through the same process. We have feedback sessions for every job performed and annual and half year check in, where you can get feedback from managers and learn about which areas you have done well and what potential improvement you can make. I think this really helps my career development and make sure I'm on the right track. The plain language communication training is also very helpful. It helps me learn how to write clear emails to client and managers. There are also some technical trainings, explaining how to select samples for control and sample testing, which I find very useful.
The training includes online and offline training and I have learnt a lot of the audit methodologies from these training. I also have the opportunities to regularly check in with my managers, and I got much feedback to help me better.
