I haven't experienced the busy season, so I'm not sure about the work hours during that period. But I haven't really needed to do extra hours since I joined, so I would say the work-life-balance side is really great here. The working arrangement is also very flexible here. You can choose to come early and leave early if you are an early person, or the opposite, as long as 7.25h is done for the day anytime between 6:00 am-6:00pm. I really appreciate this flexibility. It helps me to do things at my own pace. We can have 1-day WFH every week, normally people would choose Friday, but again it's your choice.
QAO provides flexible start/finish times and encourages a balance of working from home and in the office.
The working hours are very flexible, and we embrace the hybrid working mode.
