My managers have been very accessible and supportive throughout my time in the role. Regular check-ins help keep communication open and provide opportunities to discuss progress, challenges, and development goals.
My managers are very accessible and are very knowledgeable. Because of their experience they understand the questions that are usually asked and always have an acceptable answer. Through our own team meetings, we are given recognition weekly on the hard work we do.
My current supervisor is very supportive and approachable. He regularly schedules one-on-one meetings with team members to understand any challenges we are facing and identify ways he can provide support. He has also arranged personalised training opportunities to help me develop my skills and achieve my career goals. Communication within the team is open and transparent, and feedback is provided regularly through both formal and informal discussions. Good work and achievements are recognised and acknowledged, which helps create a positive and motivating work environment.
