The pay is a great starting salary. I soon moved into higher duties so the pay increased from the starting graduate salary of 70000. Accrued Time Leave is a great benefit where any work you complete over your typical hours is accrued as leave. No overtime but instead all hours worked over the mandatory 36.5 hours are accrued and can be taken as a PDO whenever. Provides great flexibility and is a sweet alternative.
