
We're an iconic South Australian organisation whose members are at the heart of everything we do.
Inclusion is promoted organisation wide. However, some departments are better than the others in maintaining diversity and inclusion.
I think there could be more done in the diversity and inclusion space. I know there's a lot being done for the aboriginal community but other than that I can't really see anything for recruitment and promotions in careers as well.
I haven't made many observations in relation to this. I do see some efforts to promote these aspects on the company.
