A household name for most Victorians, RACV has been around for more than 115 years and is recognised as the largest member organisation in Victoria.
The culture is amazing. Everyone is super friendly, and everybody in the org is always happy to help you, there is a culture of constant improvement and genuine strive for performing well. There is a clear hierarchy with obvious reporting requirements but higher ups are very real, and will treat you with respect equally regardless of your role.
I think the culture is decent, however more/better activities and staff engagement initiatives would be great
I think the culture is good, however I think there could be more team bonding exercises and activities, maybe make more of a deal out of Fridays
