A household name for most Victorians, RACV has been around for more than 115 years and is recognised as the largest member organisation in Victoria.
Woman make up the majority of RACV staff. And as someone within the LGBTQIA community I have never felt dismissed or made to feel less than. My diversity is seen as a strength in this organisation.
