Some managers are good, some are ok. I am happy with my one.
REA insists on the grads having both technical mentors and non technical mentors to lead us through the program
Lower level managers are excellent, they are very accessible and provide positive feedback and good at recognition. Higher up becomes less clear
over the rotation you join 3 teams. The managers of each of these teams were very good. however the managers of the graduate program were a little underwhelming, alot of the time grad social events seemed mismanaged or disappointing, (maybe due to covid) and overall we didn't have much to do with them or much directly face-to-face contact.
