The workplace culture is good and everyone is very friendly, although most keep to their own teams and there are few organised social events.
Since joining RDA in November 2024, I have felt welcome and involved in large scale projects while being supported by experienced colleagues. Monthly student catch ups, and moving through stages with a cohort of other students has meant I have made great friendships.
Very easy to talk to the team, they are very friendly and often want to get to know you too. Leaders interact well with the team and have good relationships
Everyone is willing to help, even when someone might have a lot of work to do themselves. Everyone is friendly and open to a chat. The structure is top down, which works well in this organisation
