First was an online recorded interview, then an assessment day, which included an assessed group design challenge and multiple 7 minute one-on-one interviews. The overall process was involved but very good.
Initial application online through company website. Then emailed to complete an online interview which was a series of video questions (approximately 5) to record and submit. Then an in person group interview at the RDA Redbank facility, which involved a group activity and a series of mini interviews with a range of personal from different departments. Then acceptance.
Online Application, Video Interview Assessment, In-person Assessment Center.
I didn't have to interview for the graduate role as I was part of the Summer Internship Program. However, for this program there was an online interview followed by an activity centre with 9 other applicants.
I can't remember what the process was before coming in for the in person group interview. But the group interview was almost a full day and then I heard back about an offer within a few days. Might have even been the next day, if memory serves.
