The team is a tight knit group and regularly get drinks after work. Feels more like a family than a team. All team members are approachable and always happy to help. Couldn't ask for a better team and workplace culture. Even across different teams in the business there is an air of comradery and support.
Close team has always been great, sometimes there are competing priorities between once removed teams.
Very interactive and friendly. The people are great.
Some really amazing people to work with but culture is currently quite grim. This is due to both internal and external pressures. Changes in management, lack of people resources and stability and limited funding. I am hoping it improves in the future however.
My team culture is a little average (we don't work well together, but in the time I've been here it has improved), however with almost everyone else around site, everyone seems to be very friendly and interested to get to know you and help you!
