I am part of our Rio employee led Inclusion Collective. It is a volunteer run collective that aims to identify and remediate workplace issues as well as support global DEI initiatives. Its great. Initiatives for employee retention and workplace culture leave much to be desired.
Recruiting more females is a priority for our early talent team and there have been many discussions around the retention.
