Accessible, but not overly good mentors for technical advice. Performance feedback and recognition is light on.
My immediate leadership is great however, extremely busy and sometimes difficult to get time with. Speaking on behalf of site as a whole, our current climate dictates that this is a very difficult period for our management/senior leadership team to navigate and for people to work through. This is reflected in morale, retention, engagement and job satisfaction. Many people are extremely dissatisfied with communication and transparency.
Our general manager is fantastic! She will have a one on one check in every six months and always informally remembers me and takes an interest. She has been a pillar in helping me to get more exposure to different areas within the company.
