Excellent office and central location in the city. Great facilities on site that make it feel like you're right at home.
Each site is different but 80% of sites I've been to has had a good environment (5 sites)
Dress code is uniforms to meet safety standards such as long high vis shirts. Mine village is average, with poor room quality and mould and aircon problems. Some facilities not looked after like outdoor gym and classes are haphazardly run. Cleanliness is typically good.
At times very limited resources, technological and otherwise. It is difficult when you live remotely in a town that was constructed in the 70's and have limited access to all resources.
We wear full PPE, different areas of site have different minimum requirements so I need to be flexible for all. In terms of the equipment I use, most of it is outdated and unsupported by a few years, so the wear and tear on almost everything I use is not ideal. For females, we do a great job of providing sanitary products and clean bathrooms.
