Lots of psychometric testing and intermittent communication from the recruiter before getting to an interview, but once at the interview stage the process was very straight forward.
Questionnaire and casual interview were both very accessible and easy going.
Long and arduous. Large waits for information and very little clarity.
Interviewed with direct leaders which is great as you get to know who you are working with. Site trip to see whether its feasible to work in designated location if relocating. Onboarding process was pretty poor at the time, but has since gotten better. Transit accommodation experience was extremely poor for myself but others have much better experiences.
1. Virtual exam for analytical testing. 2. Recorded interview questions 3. One on one interview with direct team lead 4. Site day visit
