The pay is very good for what is expected of me in the outset and for a position straight out of an undergraduate degree. The way I see it is, I'm being paid to learn and develop my skills to become an asset to the business and my team which sound pretty good to me. The bonuses that the company offer are terrific weather that be remuneration for good performance or in terms of the opportunities that the bank provides to all its staff.
The salary of a graduate at rural bank is very competitive.

I am yet to receive any bonuses & don't expect to receive any at my current level in the business. My pay I feel is reasonable in comparison to other Ag Sci graduates that I know.
