It is tricky and discouraged for graduates to move up the ranks before the graduate program ends. Beyond that, I'm sure there's more opportunities to move horizontally across the business, I'm not so sure about up the ranks.
After completing two years in the graduate program, graduates can apply for permanent roles, which come with a pay increase and further career opportunities. The graduate development program provides structured learning materials with in-person sessions, knowledge-sharing opportunities and exposure to different teams across the business. Graduates also set goals to work towards throughout the year, supporting their development and helping them build the skills and experience needed to progress in their careers.
Career opportunities are based on performance and a personal development rating (PDR). Goals are set with your manager, and you are assessed at the end of the year against the goals. It is also possible to land a promotion by applying and interviewing for the role.
