The office has a very sociable and supportive culture, where everyone is passionate about their work. Outside of the office, I have built great relationships with everyone, as everyone is very outgoing and easy to get along with. There is a great deal of cooperation and teamwork that happens in the office between everyone, and despite the hierarchy, everyone is always willing to help one another.

SA Power Networks has a great culture. There are rarely times where you feel like "just a grad". Everyone in the business is very open and will give you the time of day to ask questions and seek advice. There is a typical corporate structure of teams that report to managers who then report to their managers and so on. You rarely work in silos but rather with your team members and often times members from other teams in the business.
