It's a great workplace culture. Everyone gets along well in office and seems to genuinely care about each other. The org structure exists but managers are super friendly and don't act like they're above you. There's lots of social events that let you meet people from other teams.
The workplace culture is friendly, supportive and collaborative. Teams work closely together, and graduates have opportunities to learn from colleagues across different areas of the business. While there is a clear structure and hierarchy, managers and team members are approachable and willing to help. There are also opportunities to socialise with colleagues through Employee Foundation activities, competitions and other workplace events throughout the year.
Every team has the overall manager, team leader, seniors in the role and graduates. Overall, a great culture. Everyone helps each other and it's a safe space to ask questions.
