All managers are very accessible and always open to a conversation - they also make great mentors and are very supportive of my development and simply want to see me succeed. Through my PDR review I was provided with a good level of feedback, praise and recognition, and felt as though my efforts have been well recognised.
My managers are very easy to get a hold of and they approach performance feedback by having weekly 1 on 1 meetings.
