I didn't enjoy the video interview process, as it felt a little awkward and uncomfortable talking to a camera. I understand that with a high volume of applicants this is sometimes a necessary process though. Overall the in person interview was a good experience.
Very streamlined interview process. The best one I've been through. Started off with standard resume/cover letter submission. Straight to a video interview from there. Usually I quite dislike pre-recorded video interviews, but this one was very short and targeted. Then invited to a ~45min in person interview with two engineers and an HR rep. Again, very thoughtful, relevant, and targeted questions asked.
Initial video recorded interview then an in person interview
The interview process was very smooth, and the assessments and questions asked were appropriate for the role I was applying for.
The recruitment process was done in a few distinct steps. The first stage involved submitting a resume and cover letter. Successful applicants then had to complete an online assessment centre that tested basic numeric and literacy skills. This was a bit clunky but was overall the easiest stage of the recruitment process. The final stage was an in person interview with a panel of 3 interviewers (two engineers and one HR person).
