I submitted an online application, then had an online video interview, then attended a full-day assessment centre, then attended an onsite interview/meeting. The process was extensive and required a lot of time. I found the assessment centre to be a very draining experience. It is hard, particularly as a more introverted person, to stay sociable and switched on for a full day knowing you're being assessed the whole time.
Included a required 15min presentation in the interview
The interview process was straightforward and well communicated. After submitting my application, I was invited to complete a video interview, followed by an in-person interview. About a week later, I received a call offering me the position. I then completed the required security and health checks before receiving my contract.
After submitting the initial application, I was advanced to a video interview where I was given 10 seconds to read the question and 90 seconds to answer on camera which automatically starts filming and stops at the end of the 90 seconds. Having passed this stage, my referrals were contacted and they filled out a referral form, then I was given a schematic assessment and lastly an in person interview.
